The ETI Therma 20 Plus Waterproof Thermometer with Probe (model 17-226522) is a complete, professional-grade temperature measurement solution that combines the robust Therma 20 Plus waterproof thermometer with a high-quality penetration probe. This ready-to-use kit is specifically designed for the food industry and demanding environments where hygiene and reliability are of utmost importance. The thermometer is housed in a robust, waterproof white ABS casing with an IP66/67 rating, allowing it to be fully submerged and washed under running water, making it ideal for busy kitchens, food production areas, and HACCP monitoring where frequent cleaning is necessary.

With a temperature range from -39.9 to 149.9°C and an exceptional system accuracy of ±0.4°C, the Therma 20 Plus with Probe delivers the precision required for critical temperature monitoring in food safety applications. The included thermistor penetration probe features a stainless steel shaft that provides fast response times and accurate readings in liquids, semi-solid substances, and granular materials. The secure Lumberg screw-lock connection ensures reliable probe attachment even in demanding environments, preventing accidental disconnection during use.

The large, easy-to-read LCD display features a max/min function to record the highest and lowest temperatures, while the optional backlight ensures readability in poorly lit environments. The thermometer is powered by three AAA batteries and offers an impressive 7,500 hours of battery life under normal use (without backlight). Additional user-friendly features include automatic shutdown, low battery indicator, and open circuit/incorrect probe indicator. Each unit is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate and features Biomaster antimicrobial protection in the plastic casing to reduce bacterial growth, making it particularly suitable for hygiene-critical environments.
