The PT24L Food Penetration Probe featuresBioCote antimicrobial protectionon the probe handle to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. It has a Type T thermocouple sensor for a faster response time. The PT24L is equipped with a straight brown cable.
The PT24L Food Penetration Probe is equipped with a 6-pin Lumberg connector with a locking screw, providing a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better protection against liquid ingress.
